Hi HR community! We have recently had a number of employees leave due to excessive stress and burnout. What are some employee burnout signs and prevention tactics?
hmmmm sad to say that this has become an all-too-common problem. One major flag is reduced energy, concentration and perhaps an increase in mistakes. Before reaching this point, maybe try having employees participate in a workplace stress survey or something similar. Hope this helps!
