How can I give constructive feedback to my manager?

I am leaving my job and my manager has asked me for feedback on her role as a manager.
I am afraid I have a lot of negative things to say and I don’t want to come across wrong?

I would be honest and open about your experiences, but be very specific and provide examples of how it could be better. Perhaps try to write down your thoughts on pen and paper first?

Regardless, constructive criticism is the way forward with any management-related problem. It does not need to be a judgment of their personality or character, just room for improvement in how things could change.
