Like most people, I’m sure, my company is suffering from a higher than normal amount of resignations. What are some strategies to reduce high turnover rates?
Your problem is not uncommon, especially now. Last quarter, my company went through something similar…we are still recovering! Here’s what I learned from the experience:
- take a look at other key metrics: turnover is directly tied to performance, employee satisfaction, absenteeism, etc.
- try to find some patterns: is turnover higher within a particular department? Under a particular manager?
- look for solutions to the underlying problems that you find in the data, employee feedback, and exit interviews.
